变种炒粿条 沐浴春风 (Koay Teow Basah)











炒粿条，本来就是潮州人的传统米食小吃，然而随着先人飘洋过海来到这片土地，炒粿条不只从此在全马各地开枝散叶，更繁衍出不同的品种。

马来式的湿炒粿条( Koay Teow Basah)，便是其中一个例子。

华人炒粿条的厨艺炉火纯青，锅气十足，早已经远近驰名。可是来自槟城大山脚的"依斯萨"尽管是一名不折不扣的马来友族，炒粿条手艺却一点也不逊色。

眼见他神乎其技地抛舞着锅铲，挥洒自如地炒着粿条，手法似乎和华人粿条同源同宗，我忍不住问他："你是从哪学来的？"

果然不出所料，依斯萨曾经跟一位华人雇主学习炒粿条的技巧长达好几年。不过，奇怪的是，华人炒的粿条非常讲究火候，要炒得既干身，又不能有焦味，但是依斯萨炒的粿条却如同沐浴在汤汁般，湿漉漉的。因此有人甚至开玩笑地把这种满身淋漓的炒粿条，称为"水沟炒果条"，形容词虽然有些恶心，却又挺贴切。

原来，累积了２０年炒粿条经验的店家一开始炒的，也是华人传统味浓身干的粿条。不过，在顾客不断要求炒湿的情况下，才逐渐越炒越湿，如今其汤汁多得更像是广式滑蛋河。卖相虽不见得诱人，可是却成功俘虏了包括华人在内的广大食客。

湿炒粿条和传统炒粿条的制作过程大同小异，先是把锅烧红，然后下油将虾炒香，倒出多余的油，再添加辣椒酱、蚶和豆芽，然后才加入粿条和摊主独家制作的酱汁，最后就是加蛋快炒几下，便可以上碟了。

每一碟湿炒粿条看起来淋淋漓漓的，却飘逸着浓郁的锅气，吃起来味道咸香呛辣，让人舍不得浪费每一口果条、每一滴酱汁。

一碟湿炒果条，足以体现这片土地上多元文化兼容并蓄的美食特色。华人烹饪的内敛手法，加上马来料理的豪爽奔放，在同一个锅里经过10多年的火热碰撞之后，造就了这款湿漉漉的变种炒果条。

Hui Yi the miracle girl

I am writing a blog about Joey Tee Hui Yi. The lovely little girl give me an impression & the feeling that i can't able to express from my heart after i had read the article about her. Because of her, then you will know what is important in our life, what is the desired that we want, the life is short and no one can even predict the future. She has won a heart for everyone is the ultimate gift in the world for herself and if losing heart is ultimately the worst in her life. I never thought that she is brave to find a life of lovely girl i ever know. Our life is like an unfinished puzzle, that is why we search for the perfect but for her she is looking for new life & hope for herself, this is what she wants & desire.

Tee Hui Yi is indeed a miracle girl. The teenager, who is making steady progress after a second heart transplant on Friday, had no luck with six potential donors in the past nine months. Yet, in a space of 24 hours, she had two suitable donors. The first failed and the doctors are now “cautiously optimistic” about the second heart transplant. Since January this year, there had been six possible donors. On June 15, the heart of a donor was rejected for being incompatible. The following month, the heart of a man who weighed more than 100kg was rejected. Days later, there was another heart available but the donor was too young, just five. On July 31, the heart of an accident victim was offered to Hui Yi but unfortunately, the organ was found to be damaged.The fifth chance for Hui Yi came in September but the donor was suffering from hypertension and diabetes. Then just into Ramadan, a private hospital in Alor Star offered her the organ but that donor was found to be a hepatitis carrier.

On Thursday 4th of October, finally, her luck turned. Hui Yi received a heart from a 15-year-old boy diagnosed to be brain dead but soon after the operation her body started rejecting it. The next day 5th of October, Hui Yi got the heart of a 20-year-old mechanic who was declared brain dead after a road accident in Johor.

MIRACLES do happen if you pray hard enough. In the case of 14-year-old heart patient Tee Hui Yi, it happened twice over the last 48 hours. Hui Yi, in her pink long-sleeved sweater and cuddling a teddy bear, has become a familiar sight on newspaper covers and Malaysians are praying for her recovery.

For a year, she was known as the girl seen lugging a 9kg battery pack to power her mechanical heart. The battery pack resembled an overweight schoolbag. She had literally given up hope but God, as we say, has His way and timing. Two hearts in two days – it’s nothing short of a miracle. In her case, two miracles.

Not to forget to the 2 families who're kind gesture to make great decision for donating the heart organ to Hui YI and other organ to others patient who needed even they had lost their son forever & a groud of Doctor who never ever giving up to save the life of Hui Yi. Therefore DEATH is a fact of life. But death can also bring a gift of life to many, thanks to the miraculous achievements of modern medicine.

The Drive Of Life

I like to watch this drama movie because story is very attractive and exciting. Once you have watched it then u will know what is the story about. This is first time i am chasing for this movie of my life either DVD or the story appeared in TVB homepage. I also surprised of myself why i've been chasing for this drama because all the while i never did that but The Drive of Life drive me to do that. Therefore my favourite actor: 華文翰(劉松仁飾) & actress: 榮秀風(佘詩曼飾)
